June 29 2007  It's been a while, but at last... some news! Cyril and Paul are proud to welcome two legendary musicians to the band: CLEM BURKE of Blondie and EDDIE MUNOZ of The Plimsouls! They are now in the studio, recording songs both new and old for the upcoming album. Everyone wishes Prairie and Alec the best, and thank them for being there when MC came to be!

April 24 2006  The new CD single is here! Check out the Merchandise page for details on the track listing, and also how to order this priceless piece of musical history! Both songs are from the upcoming full-length album Off The Hook, coming Summer '06!

March 3 2006  An update on the upcoming MC release... The 4-song EP is now going to be a 2-song single, containing the brand-new tracks "Turn Up The Heat" and "All The Stars". This single will only be available at the Austin SXSW shows, and then exclusively from this very website! And keep your eyes open for the upcoming full-length album, entitled Off The Hook!

February 16 2006  The MC are going to be all over Austin, TX this March, as they lay claim to the SXSW Music Festival! And, because they love you all, they're putting the finishing touches on a 4-song EP sampler of their upcoming NEW ALBUM! It'll only be available at their SXSW shows, though, so if you can get there... be there!

September 20 2005  Want to hear your favorite Magic Christian tunes on the radio? Call up your local rock station and request a Magic Christian tune (or even a Flamin' Groovies song, for good ol' Cyril)! The CDs are now available across the country, so the DJs should be able to add the tunes to their rotation. So what are you waiting for? Get dialing, fans!
